An experimental workshop exploring ink, bleach and intuitive mark-making through a process that embraced chance, imperfection and the unexpected.
Drawing from my studio practice, the workshop moved through guided exercises in expressive mark-making, tonal composition, layering and masking, allowing the unpredictable qualities of the materials to become part of the creative process. The emphasis was on experimentation, loosening control and trusting instinct, creating space for each participant to discover and develop their own visual language.

I really enjoyed Michelle’s Ink & Bleach workshop. The venue was lovely, beautifully set up, and we were very well looked after with coffee and refreshments throughout the morning. I learned a lot and had fun experimenting with the techniques.
